No. Eleva supplies the product and installation guidance — we don't send a crew to your property. Any electrical, plumbing, base or site work is arranged by you, using our Site Readiness Guide, with appropriately qualified local trades where required.
Nationwide across the U.S. Delivery is by freight carrier to your driveway or an accessible drop point, subject to the carrier being able to service your address.
Delivery is calculated by ZIP code at checkout. Live freight rates aren't connected on this preview yet, so no delivery amount is shown here.
The freight carrier brings your Eleva to an accessible driveway or drop point at your address. The product isn't carried, craned or positioned at its final location — moving it from the drop point is arranged by you.
Some assembly may be straightforward with the guidance we provide, but electrical, plumbing and other site work may require licensed local trades depending on your model and local code. Follow the model guide and your local requirements — we don't recommend treating any of this as easy DIY.
The product itself along with its supplied equipment, model-specific installation guidance, site-readiness requirements, and an owner's guide with care documentation.
1-year Eleva warranty covering the product and its supplied equipment against failure in normal use. The claim, parts and replacement process is being finalised before launch. Eleva does not provide labour at your location.
