Eleva was born in the San Bernardino mountains, where Courtney has spent the last five years building homes for a living. Wellness rituals aren't a marketing idea to him — they're part of how he ends most days: a sauna, a soak, and a plunge before dinner.

He felt the difference first-hand — sleep, energy, the way stress moves through the body — and he started reading the research behind heat, cold and recovery. That builder's eye for materials, form and durability is what shapes which products Eleva curates, the specifications it sets, and the site-readiness and installation guidance it hands you — now delivered nationwide, not just on his own mountain. Courtney doesn't visit or install at customer properties; the products, documentation and support are what he puts into every order.
