Responsibilities

What you'll need to arrange.

Eleva supplies the product, the site-readiness requirements, the installation guidance, care documentation and product support. Everything below sits with you.

  • Movement of the product from the driveway drop point to its final location
  • Crane, forklift, rigging or extra labour where access requires it
  • A level, load-bearing base — pad, patio, deck or footings, and any reinforcement
  • Electrical work: circuits, sub-panels, panel upgrades, trenching and conduit
  • Plumbing supply, fill and drainage runs where relevant
  • Permits, engineering letters, HOA submissions and local code compliance
  • Local licensed trades and installation labour where required
  • Screening, fencing, decking or landscape works

Not sure where to start? The Site Readiness Guide walks through every check and tells you what to ask a local electrician, plumber or contractor before you order.

Designed for straightforward installation with clear guidance. Electrical, plumbing and site work must be completed by appropriately qualified local trades where required.
