Before Your Eleva Arrives

The Eleva Site
Readiness Guide.

Eleva supplies the product, the requirements and the guidance. You — with qualified local trades where required — prepare the site and complete the installation. This guide is the self-check to run before you order.

What you'll need to arrange

  • Movement of the product from the driveway drop point to its final location
  • Crane, forklift, rigging or extra labour where access requires it
  • A level, load-bearing base — pad, patio, deck or footings, and any reinforcement
  • Electrical work: circuits, sub-panels, panel upgrades, trenching and conduit
  • Plumbing supply, fill and drainage runs where relevant
  • Permits, engineering letters, HOA submissions and local code compliance
  • Local licensed trades and installation labour where required
  • Screening, fencing, decking or landscape works

The checks

Ten things to settle before you order.

Dimensions and weight

Check the footprint and height of your model against the space you have, and the filled weight against what your deck or base can carry. Shipping and filled weights are being confirmed with the supplier before launch.

A level, load-bearing base

Every Eleva needs a level, load-bearing surface — a pad, patio, compacted base or a deck rated for the filled weight. Where you're unsure about an existing structure, have it confirmed by a qualified local contractor or engineer.

Access path and driveway delivery

Driveway delivery: a freight carrier brings your Eleva to an accessible driveway or drop point at your address. The product is not carried, craned or positioned at its final location — moving it from the drop point is arranged by you.

Moving it from the driveway

Plan how the crate travels from the drop point to the final position: width of gates and paths, steps, slope, ground surface, and how many people or what equipment you'll need. This is arranged by you.

Electrical

Model-specific electrical requirements are being finalised and confirmed before purchase. Any circuit, sub-panel, trenching or supply work is carried out by your licensed electrician to local code.

Water and drainage

The hot tub and cold plunge need a fill point and a sensible route for draining. A licensed plumber is required for any permanent supply or drainage work.

Clearances and service access

Leave room to open doors and covers, to walk around the unit, and to reach the equipment housing or chiller face for servicing. Keep vents clear of planting, needles and snow.

Permits, HOA and local codes

Outdoor spas, saunas and associated electrical work can require permits, setbacks or HOA approval depending on where you live. Check before you order.

Weather and winter

Think about snow shedding from a roofline, freeze protection, runoff, and how you'll reach the unit in bad weather.

Crane, forklift or rigging

If the only route in is over a wall, up a slope or across a structure, arrange lifting equipment and a qualified operator in advance.
